~ Booking Procedure ~

The first step in the booking procedure is to discuss your expectations and interests, where you would like to travel, when, and for how long, and your approximate budget. Natural Migrations will then prepare an itinerary specially for you with a quote, a process that normally takes a couple of days. This itinerary and quote will be emailed to you to look over. Upon acceptance of your itinerary, a deposit of 30% per person is required to confirm your arrangements. We will email you a payment link, as well as our pre-departure forms to complete as follows: 1). Personal Information: a simple one page form requesting your contact information, if you have any dietary requirements, medical conidtions, or anything else we should be aware of. 2). Paticipation Agreement: this outlines the agreement between Natural Migrations and you, the traveler. We also require a copy of your passport in order to issue flights and purchase park permits.
Your final payment is required 90 days prior to departure. We will contact you at that time to request final payment. We will then send you your final itinerary, contact information, air tickets, important notes, packing list, tipping guidelines, and any other documentation you may required.
